Our services will include

  • Visit and review the property location
  • Review and recommend any changes to the design and floor plan
  • Review and make recommendations to finalize a 5 year Pro Forma for the bank
  • Review and help negotiate all bowling equipment contracts
  • Review all restaurant equipment needed for project
  • Establish a list of all video and redemption games to purchase
  • Recommend other attractions such as go-karts, bumper cars, batting cages, sand volleyball, laser tag, laser maze, billiards, ropes course, etc. that might add additional revenues to the project
  • Help negotiate contracts for all videos games and attractions
  • Review all necessary licenses and permits including beer, wine, and liquor
  • Oversee the construction process including the building and bowling equipment installation
  • Review and discuss the Branding and Marketing of the center
  • Lead guidance in the hiring of all key management positions
  • Utilize the Disney procedure for hiring employees
  • Establish employee packets and help develop a company handbook
  • Establish a list of products that you will offer including pricing for each option
  • Provide a written job description for every position in the center
  • Work with the owners to develop all training procedures
  • Help plan and prepare a Grand Opening Event
  • Plan an employee and families training day prior to opening
  • Review any last minute preparations before the soft opening
  • Be available for day to day operations for the first week leading to the grand opening
