Operations Assessment by JWH Consulting

Business in today's market place is very difficult and it requires the time, effort and willingness on the part of not only the owner, but every member of the operations team. How does your center measure up to other similiar venues?

There are many ingredients that make a business successful and sometimes we lose focus or become complacent with one or even several of these ingredients. The goal of JWH Consulting is to get you back on track by evaluating you service and operational standards.

Our services will include

  • A review of your current yearly financial statement prior to center visit
  • Schedule a 3 day / 2 night center visit
  • A review of your overall facility standards
  • A review of your overall customer service standards and activation by staff
  • Review of your League trends and organized open play programs
  • Review of your bowling maintenance proceedures
  • Review your food and beverage operation including prices and cost of sales
  • Review and or implement inventory control and levels
  • Review your total game room operation
  • Review your current marketing strategies including use of social media
  • Meet with the management team and the owner's while on site
  • Provide a detailed written evaluation of the site visit with recommendations to improve the profitability of the center and to enhance the guest experience within one week after the visit
